Kristine represented my wife and I in the sale of our house. I initially asked her to advise us on a sale asking price. She quickly did an analysis of similar properties and produced an extensive booklet with extensive information on a sale price range with her suggestions for preparing the house for market to get the highest possible sale price. We already had an offer to buy from another couple which she reviewed with us. I accepted the offer from the couple selling the house AS IS within the range of values suggested by Kristine. Since we had a buyer without a real estate agent I asked Kristine to handle all the details of the sale for a set price and she agreed. Kristine was marvelous. She prepared the contract of sale and all the other documents that needed to be signed by both parties including disclosure statement, the no warranty statement, the AS IS agreement, and others. Even though I and the buyers are attorneys she demonstrated her sharp mind and her expertise in real estate transactions in producing all the necessary documents, even some I did not know would be required. She also arranged for the City's inspection required for the occupancy permit and accompanied the inspector during the inspection. These inspections can be horrendous but Kristine worked with the inspector. When we originally bought the house the inspection report was over 5 pages long and required extensive work. The inspection this time was 1 and 1/2 pages with minor electrical items such as requiring GFIC receptacles in various places and replacing a small cracked glass in a window. Kristine repeatedly helped both parties through the entire process and also attended the closing of the sale of our house. She was magnificent every step of the way and she was most capable in handling everything necessary. She was also most kind and thoughtful in every way and repeatedly gave me excellent advice. She quickly responded to phone calls and messages. I was delighted with her services and I strongly recommend her.
